Buying From Us
How It Works
Trinity Oaks Land, LLC aims to make the buying process simple and efficient for our customers. We understand purchasing land online can feel overwhelming for new customers. Our streamlined process is broken down into a step by step process detailed below.
Step 1: Select Your Property
To begin the process you must first decide on which property you would like to purchase. Trinity Oaks Land, LLC seeks to provide our customers with a diverse selection of properties. Each piece of land has its own unique highlights ranging from location, water fronts, wildlife, and other aspects which make buying rural land an incredible opportunity. After weighing the benefits and selecting the property which meets your individual criteria, you are ready for the next step.
Step 2: Click the "Buy Now" Button
Once you've decided on the property click the "Buy Now" button on the listing page. You'll then be directed to a secure payment form where you can enter your payment information.
At this point you'll be prompted to enter some additional information, such as the name(s) you want on the deed, the address you want it mailed to, and the best phone and email address to contact you.
Step 3: Creating & Approving The New Deed
Within 24 hours from the time you complete your purchase you will receive an email from us with a number of documents. The first document will be a copy of the recorded deed which put the property in our company name. This will verify that we own the property and have the right to transfer it.
The second document will be the new deed and any other information required by the county to transfer the property into your name. It is during this time that we ask you to verify the information and the spelling of names and addresses on the new deed. This is also a good time to ask any questions you might have.
Step 4: Sending Documentation to the County Recorder
After you verify that the information on the new deed is correct we will sign, notarize, and send it to the county to be recorded. Within a week the county should have the document(s), and once they have recorded everything they will put their official stamp on the document(s) and mail them to you. It usually takes about 3 weeks before you receive them.
Once you receive the document(s) the property is officially yours!
We know this process can be confusing, so please reach out with any questions you might have!
